Id say this blog is starting to look alot more like me! I spent ages trying to figure out how to change it all, but I've only gotten so far. Its pretty much all new stuff to me and so, well, its slow going. I do like the background though. But for the life of me, I cant get the text on the sidebar to change color! Its very annoying!
Today was a good day, though I was supposed to call Mariah. I didn't get around to it. I dunno, I forget time and then its too late. I DID work on some doll house things. I cut out sanded and stained a little shelf. I will be gluing it tomorrow. I also added a few coats of red paint to a little chair I'm working on. Its really satisfying to make things, to create little items and have them come out looking so good! They surely aren't the best things in the world, but they're cute!!
Anyhoo, its 2 am and I'm going to head to bed. I've got me some bread and milk and The Tommyknockers, so I'm all set!

- Well, lets see...My name is Jes and live in UPSTATE NY. Yes, there is a whole, giant state above NYC. I'm still amazed by how many people dont know that. I mean they must see it on the tv weather and on maps and they see that nyc is small and just a speck at the bottom of the state. That theres this whole, huge area above it. But somehow it doesn't sink in. Most of the state is farm land. And that is the part I live in. My lovely old house that I share with my bf, my Mom and her bf, is about 200 years old and surrounded by acres and acres of corn, hay, soybeans, and cows. Oh, theres a few other houses and some woods and swamps and even some paved roads, but mostly its farms, just farms.
